About Us
We started Yzly because we’ve all lived the same frustration: people want to grow at work, but the support just isn’t there. Year after year, engagement surveys say the same thing, teams want more development. But not much changes. A consultant comes in, a few generic programs get rolled out, HR’s asked to “do something”… and that’s often where it ends.
Why? Because most training comes from the outside in. It’s not built for the day-to-day. It doesn’t reflect the people, priorities, or personality of the team. And that’s where things fall flat.
Yzly came from a simple question: what if we put learning in the hands of leaders and team managers, not just HR or outside experts? What if we made it easy for people to support their teams through small, practical activities that actually fit into the flow of work?
We believe learning should feel natural, not like a big, complicated event you need permission to run. So we’re breaking down the barriers. No more waiting for the “right time” or the “right person” to lead the way.
